libclass-loader0d software package provides ROS class_loader library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-loader0d
libclass-loader0d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-loader0d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-loader0d *
You will get with libclass-loader0d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
